Isabella Motto, 17, is 2019’s Miss Oxford’s Outstanding Teen. Bella is a junior at Georgetown Senior High School in Georgetown Ohio where she is an active as a varsity cheerleader, a member of the track team, student council, yearbook committee and prom committee. An outstanding student and a National Honor Society Member, Bella has carried a consistent 4.0 GPA through all grades of school and aspires to attend the University of Cincinnati and one day become an anesthesiologist.
Outside of school, Bella is also active as a mentor in a running & fitness club for young girls in 3rd – 6th grades. As a mentor, Bella helps in discussing and coaching the girls to introduce concepts for good health, confidence, positive body image and personal strength. Bella has been actively involved in “#GirlStrong” for 3 years. #GirlStrong has been a catalyst for Bella’s platform, T.E.C.H., Teaching and Educating Children on How to use social media. Social Media is being introduced at younger ages than ever before and Isabella feels it is very important to provide young girls with an outline of positive ways to use it and also to warn our youth of the negative aspects as well. Bella is a faithful member of Horizon Community Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Isabella is also an accomplished dancer. Having been trained in all styles of dance since she was 7, Bell fell in love with telling stories through dance. In 2016, at the age of 14, she was the lead dancer in an award winning onstage production show called “Clara” and has been featured in a Japanese documentary about Hiroshima after the production crew saw an award winning dance she was in depicting a soldier surviving the ravages of war and PTSD.
Being a MAOT newbie, Isabella is thrilled to have to opportunity to represent Oxford at the 2019 Miss Ohio’s Outstanding Teen pageant and would like to personally thank her parents and Miss Jacky Johnson for helping her prepare.
